Circuit 1: repeat 3 x’s
1. Goblet Squat 15 reps
2. Weighted Russian Split Squat
(One foot up on bench) 15 reps R/ L
3. Leg Extension Machine (15 reps)
4. OH Tri extensions 15 reps
5. Bench tri dips 20 reps
6. Weighted sit ups/weighted toe touches/ weighted scissors 15/15/30

Circuit 2: 4 sets
1. Jump squats (24)
2. Switching lunges (24)
3. Tricep push ups (15)
4. Resistance band Bicep curls in squat stance (15)
