Here's the email marketing plan I use (it works)…
I'm going to give you the play of all plays right now to help you convert leads and book appointments using email.
Im going to warn you though it is…
…nothing fancy.
No high tech automation stack. No 47 software tools.
The truth is…. Most agents either don't email their database.
Or they send premade market reports and newsletters…
And the open rate is not great. I know because I did this for years and it went nowhere.
I spent money on third party services and cool email templates…
It just never worked for me.
Here's what I run instead.
7 rules. That's the whole plan.
Email 3x a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Same days every week. Do NOT MISS. Consistency is KEY!!
Plain text. No fancy templates. No logo at the top. Make it look like a real human sat down and wrote something. Because that's exactly what's happening… NO AI. Trust me.
One idea per email. Not three tips. One thought. One story. Valuable practical step.
The subject line is half the work. Write it like you'd text a friend. Real human phrasing. No salesy hype.
Tell a real story. The deal you almost lost. The conversation that hit you. True stories beat tips every single time.
Write about things you take for granted. Things that are second nature to you are valuable to others. Share one tip, system, or secret that has gotten results.
Treat your email like sharing a golf tip with a friend, a secret fishing spot, or what to order at a local restaurant. Share the tip you would want to hear.
Write them on Monday. Block off an hour. Make a Google Sheet called Email Marketing and tab out the days. Write the subjects, stories, tips, and lessons that solve your ideal client's problems.
Dont get in your head. Dont overthink it. Just write.
That's it. No automation flows. No drip sequences. No A/B tests.
Just real. Three times a week. Consistent.
Plan for next Monday. Then email me back after you write your first batch.
The agents who do this for 12 months own the inbox in their market. OR be like everyone else and skip it.
