🚆 METRO Green Line Extension is in testing phase

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about the METRO Green Line Extension Light Rail Transit project—and here’s the latest update.

While there isn’t an exact opening date yet, service is expected to begin in 2027, and the project is getting closer every day.

If you’ve seen trains moving along the tracks, that’s part of the current testing phase as crews prepare the line for service.
