You can be incredibly grateful for how far you've come and still feel a wave of grief for what you had to leave behind. You can be deeply passionate about your career or relationship, and simultaneously experience total, bone-deep burnout.
That’s the power of dialectics: the simple reality that two seemingly opposite things can be true at the exact same time.
