Holder House has our private pool available this weekend June 21-23 Friday, Saturday & Sunday! Grab your family & friends, book our private backyard oasis with pool & hot tub, grill, Bluetooth speaker, co****le boards and enjoy the “official first weekend of summer”!

($30 per hour)
Saturday June 22 8:30am-10:30am
($20 per hour)

($35 per hour)
Sunday, June 23 11am-10pm
($35 per hour)
Monday, June 24 11am-10pm
($25 per hour)
Tuesday, June 25 11am-10pm
($25 per hour)
**2 hour minimum except Saturday evening must book 6 hour block. Maximum of 15 guests at these rates)**

3 Bedroom Guesthouse that includes the pool private is available for rent of $299 per night plus tax for 10 people max. (Plus a $200 refundable cleaning/damage deposit). Only available w/pool if there are no pool rentals booked 4pm to 11am at the time of booking it.
