Bakery/Restaurant equipment repair Company looking for a qualified individual to install, deinstall, refurbish and repair Bakery equipment in the Baltimore/DC/Virginia area. Job requires knowledge of mechanics, sheet metal, gas, electric and plumbing. Some heavy lifting required. DOT Health card a plus. This job will include some overnight stays and travel. Infrequent jobs may be out of the area. Applicant must be able to work with hired labor and be able to direct them to accomplish the task at hand. This job also requires frequent overtime and early starts. On call rotation with other techs. Applicant must be physically fit to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and walk distances.

We install bakery ovens over a wide area in big box stores and bakeries. A portion of these jobs are turnkey installations that include new venting and reconnecting the utilities.

Company supplied work truck, paid health care(100% for employee), dental, 2 wks vacation after 1 year. Will train the right individual with good motivation and some of the above requirements. Good driving record a must.

Looking for an organized individual to order parts, and track inventory, for a busy commercial bakery equipment repair company. This position requires ordering parts for service work, keeping trucks and warehouse stocked, and keeping inventory counts accurate.
