What a blessings! .root 100 at the world famous ! So honored to be invited ❤️ I was geeking over MJ having performed here and was remembering all those late nights as a child where she got to stay up late to watch Showtime at The Apollo.

I also got to walk the carpet with my mentor the creator of the hair wrap & whose memoir I am honored to be writing 😬🫶🏾

Host was hilarious as always. From to - it was so inspiring to be in the presence of Black excellence and watch all the honorees accept their well deserved awards.

I attended an eye opening workshop from led by the amazing and welcoming Kleaver Cruz facilitator of that has inspired and prepared me in this journey as a writer more than I’ve been able to do with the hours of Google and YouTube I’ve been doing. Thank y’all for also being their for to uplift the community 🙏🏾

and I gave the plant babies a new home set up 🪴
