East Rochester PD

The East Rochester Police Department recently donated multiple damaged and abandoned bicycles to R Community Bikes. This is a nonprofit organization that refurbishes unwanted/abandoned bicycles and provides them to individuals in need, helping with providing reliable transportation and youth activities.
