-8 egg whites whipped for forever (I think my blender was smoking by the time it was enough π¬)
-226g cottage cheese blended
-151g blueberries
-175g honey from our bees
-24g fresh squeezed lemon
Mix & bake @ 350 for 35-40 min. ππΌππΌπ€€
Want a high protein, high fiber snack? Mash up some raspberries, add in some Greek yogurt, chia seeds, protein powder of choice, some local honey & some milk or water. Boom, a delicious little snack π€πΌ
