John Turbitt’s Final draft: to Jay Andreozzi

Jason’s work is much like him. He’s a rarity in that he puts craftsmanship and thoughtfulness above all in his work. He does this is in an industry that values quantity over quality, and he should be commended for it. Jason’s work on our home has been extensive. He has built a new living space in our basement, built/plumbed a new bathroom, added a laundry room, replaced two sets of stairs, replaced our deck, and installed all new windows in our home. He also plasters, primes, and paints just like he does everything else; meticulously, and correctly.

It’s clear Jason’s Maple Ave and EP Townie roots make him the epitome of what everything you want in a contractor. He works hard to get the project right. At times you will see him work maddeningly to meet a self imposed deadline while stubbornly refusing to say.. “close enough”. Another aspect that makes Jason a rarity is that you can trust him. He does a great job of using your input to make the right judgement call that is inherent to any home project. He communicates well in that he knows what questions to ask, and only offers suggestions when asked. This attribute allows your project vision to come together as planned, while his support further enhances the final product.

Lastly, Jason is a good man. He treats your home as he would his own. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason, and his work. We highly recommend him.

Very happy to give these wonderful customers their kitchen back . It’s so nice to have people that are patient and enjoy the process during this time. It was a long 6 week project but feeling accomplished .
