Stress, trauma, & anxiety are things I’ve had to deal with. Let us remember in light of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, to keep men in prayer & to be patient with us. Life ain’t easy, but it’s easier with God. Blessings & peace to all the men out there!

There’s an enemy out here seeking to devour lives & leave no stone unturned. Allow the Scriptures, Holy Spirit & faith in Christ to guide your life…too many folk out here in sheep’s clothing, so PLEASE BE WATCHFUL & discerning.

Stress is DEFINITELY a thing, and God is 100% tryna have it have NO PARTS of my life…I thank God for HIS PROTECTION bc He knows best!
