Join MDRC’s LEAD program July 1 for Unlearning Shame: Reclaiming Disability Pride in Communities of Color, a virtual panel discussion centering the voices and lived experiences of program graduates.

Panelists will share personal stories about challenging stigma, embracing disability identity, and building collective strength at the intersections of race and disability.

This conversation is for anyone who wants to better understand how shame shows up in families, systems, and communities, and how disability pride can help us move toward connection, belonging, and justice.
