I’m looking for one special horse (and their human) to help me launch a new creative idea I’m excited to bring to life in the new year.

I want a horse with cool or unique markings, a great story, and a person willing to be a part of something fun and creative.

2️⃣ steps to enter:

-Post a photo of:
You and your horse
OR
Nominate a friend & their horse (they must be willing to participate)
OR
Nominate a lesson kiddo and their favorite lesson horse

-Include a short story about the horse and what makes them so special

What the selected ambassador receives:
👕Custom items I create featuring their horse
📷A styled photoshoot using those items
🖼️One finished image from the session

The Fine Print:
- Horse + Human must be located in Michigan (or be willing to haul in for the photos)
-By entering, you agree that the images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes

As much as I love shooting portraits and working with the fantastic human clients I’ve had over the years, working with horses will always be my all time favorite. How lucky am I that I get the opportunity to be surrounded by such beautiful horses and stunning babies? No babies expected at the farm this year (my sleep says YAY, but sad to not get fresh baby snuggles this spring), so reliving the days when Miss Penelope was a tiny tot with her momma, Sadie. Now Penelope is a leggy, sassy 2 year old 🤣

Studio portraits are so fun! Both of these were shot in the exact same studio. Wild what a little lighting change can do to totally transform a space 🤯
