Gaining control of our lives is something that most people strive for. When life doesn't turn out the way that you expected (health scare, job loss, unexpected death of a loved one, etc.), how do you process it? For those of us who believe in Jesus, we can turn to Him for strength and support when life doesn't make sense. Psalm 118:8 says, "It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man." Rather than trusting in our own knowledge or fortitude, we can rely on Jesus to carry us through the storms of life.

Hey, friends! We hope you can make plans to join us on Saturday, April 9 for a trip to Marquand Park in Princeton, NJ. This is a beautiful 17-acre park that features a collection of exotic trees. We're asking everyone to bring a packed lunch and we will plan to eat on picnic tables. We'll arrive at 11:00 AM but we can provide transportation for anyone who needs it.
