Happy June 1st everyone💚☀️. It has been a long time since I posted on here but I am still teaching POUND and LOVING it! I have been teaching in Plymouth on Saturday mornings at 9am along with Monday nights in June at 6:15pm at www.studioupliftplymouth.com💚

I know it can be a drive for my friends closer to EB BUT I wanted to let you know about a POP UP POUND CLASS I am doing at “Soul Purpose” in Halifax right next to Healthy Habits (you know I LOVE my Teas/Shakes!!!!!

In 13hrs I will be getting ready to rock out with almost 300 kiddos again🙌🏻💚🥰🎼💪🏻. My heart is so full and my smile will be just as big behind my mask tomorrow🥰. I can’t wait to introduce them to POUND, include them in a couple tracks, send them home with some goodies and hopefully smiles🥰. Manomet Elementary’s Wellness Fair…here I come💚
