This home-based bakery, located right near downtown Central, is serving up more than just sweets… it’s a story of determination, passion, and chasing a dream 💪✨

When COVID hit, everything changed. With no income coming in for over 2 months, she turned to something she loved—baking. What started as a tough season turned into something beautiful… and in August 2024, Thompsons Treats & Sweets officially opened its doors! 🙌

👩‍🍳 Now she’s creating:
🎂 Custom cakes (birthdays, baby showers, weddings & more)
🧁 A variety of delicious homemade treats
🎉 A personal cake bar for events (how fun is that?!)
📚 Baking classes at The Collaboration Station in Central

Not only is she building a business, she’s building a life where she gets to stay home with her son while doing what she loves—and that’s something worth supporting ❤️
