Cheesecake Soiree

Cranberry-Chocolate Cheesecake, for the Thanksgiving season here is a new treat. A cranberry-orange biscuit crust under a chocolate cheesecake filled with fresh cranberries. Topped in a cranberry-orange sauce, garnished with orange zest and sliced almonds. Whipped cream frosting and candied cranberries.

Orange-Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate crust under a mild orange filling. Hidden under the chocolate mousse is a tangy orange coulis. Garnished with candied orange peels, shaved chocolate, whipped cream and orange zest.
