You will have both personal and on the phone interaction with customers.

Position duties include, but not limited to:
Greet customers
Process vehicle intake
Process parts and materials intake

­Answering Phones
­Greeting and Being Kind to Customers
­Making "Thank you" phone calls
­Making "Next Appointment" reminder phone calls
­Train to prepare service estimates

­Typing skills are a plus

No prior experience in the automotive industry is required. Both guys and gals are highly encouraged to apply. Prior
experience in a customer service and fast pace environment are a plus. All proper training will be provided that is
necessary to be successful in this position.
