KCG is staffed by board-certified Geriatric Physicians and Nurse Practitioners committed to providing top-notch care. Conveniently located at 305 W Bannock St, just two blocks away from St. Luke’s downtown hospital, our new clinic joins our existing locations in Meridian and Eagle, further extending our reach and dedication to senior healthcare in the region.
