Gels Nails

Your nails tell you a lot about your health.

Did you know you can tell so much about a person through their nails?

One of the biggest things I can tell when I look at my nails is how I'm doing nutritionally.

One of the big tells is if you look at your fingers. See that crescent moon along your cuticle? You should have that on each finger.

Normally what you see in our society:
😮Big crescent in the thumbnail.
😮And then it gets smaller in the pointer finger and so on until sometimes there is non in the pinky at all.

This means you are dehydrated (along with that will be your adrenals) Do you know how much water your body is made of? About 60% and that varies depending on the amount of fat that is in the system. Everything in our bodies is made up of water. We need water. But about how much??? A good rule of thumb is half your weight in ounces. (bare minimum) I would suggest more and if you are working out, you need more.

That being said... Our nails tell us a lot about ourselves. Take care of your nails and they'll tell you how to take care of your body.
