I got to meet and hang out with some of the BEST people this last week. We all know and love Carly; she has been a monumental figure for me in the community since I joined my first Elephant Challenge in the free FB group - “Creative Real Estate with Pace Morby”. This woman has the best vibe imaginable, she’s so helpful and down to Earth while also absolutely CRUSHING IT. She buys houses and RV’s creatively and helps LOTS of people get their first deal. Shout out .grundmann it was great meeting you in person finally! Looking forward to working together this year! 💪🏻💯

Ryder. 💔

Wow, this is such a difficult post to write, but I want to share and honor my boy. My heart is broken. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to a member of our family, Ryder. He was my best friend for almost 13 years. Ryder was so much more than a dog to me. If you knew us before kids, you knew Ryder truly was our first kid. He was incredibly special and we shared an incredible bond unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.

We adopted Ryder when he was just a little 3 month old puppy. Since then we were inseparable. Ryder came with us everywhere and did everything with us. He was there for ALL of the big and small things in our lives. He was there when we got married - literally by my side; he was there when we had our first child; he was there when we moved from California to Idaho; and he was there when we had our second child, and then moved again to another house. He was always there, and we loved him so so much.

It’s so hard to say goodbye. We were so deeply connected for so long. He was truly a part of me. Ryder, I’ll miss you so much buddy. ❤️💔

Our trip to Kauai 2024 was a huge success! ✅

You haven’t heard from me the past couple of weeks because I have been traveling and living my best life on the island of Kauai with my family! What a trip!

I don’t normally make posts with pics of the fam, but I wanted to share a few because it was definitely a highlight. My girls are 3 and 6 years old and they had SUCH a blast; essentially living in the water and turning into their favorite creatures - mermaids, of course! 🧜🏻‍♀️ Such fun seeing them experience the beauty of Hawaii and spending very intentional and focused family time together - no distractions, no social media.

Now that I’m back I feel so much gratitude along with a renewed vigor for life. I’m telling you, there is something very special and healing about those islands! Ready to jump back into things head first! Let’s keep it going 2024!
