We're excited to announce that we've completed the acquisition of the property located at the northeast corner of 12th Street and Wall Avenue in Ogden, Utah.
Together with our partners, we plan to develop this 14-acre site into a neighborhood-oriented retail and mixed-use center.
We're working in collaboration with retailers, the City of Ogden, and other stakeholders to ensure the property is developed into the asset the community deserves after many years of underutilization.

Today marks the grand opening of Natural Grocers at our White Mountain Mall property in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
The new 13,764-square-foot store brings a nationally recognized natural and organic grocer to Sweetwater County and is a meaningful addition to the center, reflecting continued momentum at the property.
We are grateful for our partners who helped make this lease a success and look forward to the positive impact this store will have on the community.
