This job is only for new construction cleaning, homes are vacant and there is no furniture. Cleaning will require removing the excess lumber, trash, and debris from the construction site. Removing all stickers from windows or appliances (if any). Dusting walls, removing any paint from floor before sweeping and mopping. You may also be washing the exterior of the windows, cleaning the gutters, and cleaning concrete and walkways.
