Its been such a crazy couple of weeks.... between the holiday weekend and three back to back big race weekends.... Ive missed catching pictures of a handful of lids ive completed....

Here's the newest sprint car, made for the Tinder Swindler.... Go fast, swipe left!

Tino Mendoza came and joined us on the RC dirt oval for his first ever RC race.... and he did it in style with a fresh Modelo paint scheme for his Gastruck Nastruck. If anyone's wondered if this class is user friendly.... he finished P5 out of 9 in the A-main his first time out!

WOW! Would you beleive me if I told you my 5 yo son painted this?!?!

We completed his ARRMA Mojave Grom RTA kit last night. He did most of the assembly (including assembling drivelines), while I did the screws. I brought him the entire paint tray and asked him to pick 3 colors..... he picked chrome, pearl red and pearl blue. We decided on stars and stripes..... he was hands on with cutting the stencils via the Cricut and everything. He sprayed the two createx colors and then I finished the chrome.

Children are the future of this hobby and RTR kits do nothing to teach them.... buy your kid a kit.... they may just surprise you with the outcome. Not to mention the memories you'll build along the way

With all the tracks and shops closing down around the nation...... Im incredibly grateful to have someone like HobbyTown to support a club like DieHard RC.

As the track director for Sunny Speedway at Diehard, I was devastated to find out the flood took out our entire rental fleet...... Hobbytown stepped up to the plate and provided us with 3 losi sprints to rent out to drivers. Our rental program is integral to growing our show on the oval and without these 3 sprints, we'd be turning away drivers when we wish we could have them drive.....

As a show of thanks, I went to Hobbytown yesterday and bought Tommy a RTA Mojave Grom.

Does he need another car? Absolutely not.
Does he know how to assemble it? Also no.
Does he know how to paint the body? No but his dad is a pro painter 🤣
Does he know we appreciate Hobbytown for their support? YES.
Does buying a kit in person teach him to support his LHS? Also yes.

Buying online is easy.... but if yall wanna keep enjoying this hobby....

got himself a much needed replacement for his slash super stock. When picking out his design, he was adamant that he wanted the Matt Morro livery from 's 410 series this year at Knoxville

Ryan Christopherson asked for a tribute paint scheme for his Gastruck Nastruck in his colors. Kyle's truck was all red.... so for the 250th, he gets a red, white and blue Rowdy tribute. Absolutely in love with the way this one came out.

Check out these colossal 1/5 scale lids! They sure were a blast to shoot. When I got to my notebook to update my list, I notched these lids at number 100 and 101! Its been a blast getting to fulfill your guys' wishes. From the start, its been about learning the craft and getting to create these awesome looking designs for you guys.

Im blessed to get to do this for such great folk.
