You don’t have to keep carrying this by yourself.
Because while the symptoms are real…
what often goes unseen is how lonely it can feel to be in it.
From the outside, it might look like you’re holding everything together—
showing up, getting all those things done, being who everyone else needs you to be.
But internally?
You’re navigating exhaustion.
Frustration.
And moments where you quietly wonder what’s happening to your body— and your brain.
And when what used to work… doesn’t anymore?
That’s when things can start to feel especially disorienting and isolating.
Especially if you’ve always been the one who figures things out.
So needing support now in midlife?
It can feel unfamiliar. Maybe even uncomfortable.
But here’s the truth:
You were never meant to do this alone.
Information can point you in a direction.
But real support?
That’s what helps you feel steady in it.
That’s what helps you make sense of what’s changing.
That’s what reminds you—you’re not losing yourself… you’re in transition.
And you deserve to be supported through that!

If You’ve Tried Googling Your Symptoms and Still Don’t Feel Better, This Is Likely Why If you’re anything like me and many women I’ve worked with, you’ve probably done everything you’re “supposed” to do to figure this perimenopause thing out. You’ve Googled the symptoms. You’ve read the advice—maybe you’ve even asked AI for help. And yet instead of feeling clearer.....

There’s a moment in perimenopause where pushing through just stops working.
The routines that used to carry you?
Don’t land the same.
The energy you used to rely on?
Feels unpredictable.
And suddenly you’re left wondering:
“Why does everything feel harder?”
It’s not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s because your body is asking for a different kind of support.
But most women don’t adjust—they double down. That's what many of us were taught after all.
They push harder.
Ignore symptoms.
Minimize what they’re feeling.
And that’s when things start to spiral:
More fatigue.
More brain fog.
More stress.
More self-doubt.
Because “grin and bear it” doesn’t work here.
What does work is learning how to respond to your body with strategy—and the right support.
Inside my 1:1 coaching, we focus on real-life shifts that help you feel:
✔ More steady
✔ More clear-headed
✔ More like yourself again
Not because everything is perfect—but because you finally have a way to navigate it.
If you’re tired of doing this alone and ready for support, I invite you to take the next step.

The women I'm honored to work with are women in midlife who are going through perimenopause and feel dismissed by the healthcare system… isolated in their experience… and longing to feel like themselves again.
Some of them have been afraid to go to the doctor at all. They've pushed through chronic fatigue, joint and muscle pain, anxiety, and brain fog. They tell themselves that they should be grateful. They have beautiful families, careers and responsibilities. So why in the world do they feel like they’re falling apart?
Others have done everything “right.” They’ve gone from doctor to doctor. They’ve been told their labs are normal. They’ve been told this is just part of aging. And they leave those appointments feeling discouraged, angry, confused, and scared.
They wake up tired before their day even starts. They’re exhausted during the day… yet wired at night. They struggle to concentrate on conversations they once enjoyed. They unintentionally miss appointments or important meetings and feel embarrassed for not 'having it together'. They wonder if others notice that they’re not quite “themselves". "Some even quietly fear, “Is this the beginning of dementia?”
They stop enjoying grocery shopping, carpooling, their loved social events. They feel too anxious to show up at work. Physical intimacy changes. Emotional connections fade and self-doubt and a sense of hopelessness for ever feeling like themselves again become the new norm.
And underneath all of that is a quiet and aching question:
“Is this just how my life is going to be from now on?”
If this sounds anything like you, I want to reassure you that it doesn't have to be that way.
Please join me over at the blog to learn how you can start making small shifts immediately that will get you on the road to start feeling like yourself again ❣️
From Feeling Lost and Dismissed to Creating the Support I Wish I Had: For the woman who feels dismissed, exhausted, and not quite like herself—and knows there just has to be a better way Perimenopause Series to support midlife women that want to feel like themselves again

I was one of many women in their mid-30’s to be tossed around the healthcare system for years before I finally found the right providers to help me. And from that experience, I know what it feels like to be scared, isolated, and dismissed—especially when you’re beginning the transition toward menopause and no one can clearly explain what’s happening or support you in the way you need.
And I also know what it feels like to finally find answers.
I remember how hard it was for me to admit I needed help. As a nurse, a spouse, a mother, a PTSA volunteer and Girls Scout leader, I had been known as and self-identified as ‘the helper’ for years. But what I realized later about normalizing asking for help and prioritizing my own needs, was how good it truly felt to receive help AND feel less isolated during midlife. By opening up and asking people to help me, I was able to give myself the space, self-compassion and PERMISSION that I desperately needed to heal and make the changes in my life that would allow me to finally feel like myself again. In doing so, I changed my old narrative from “I am a helper” to "I can help others AND it is both ok and necessary to ask for help, too.” Those deeply engrained beliefs and thoughts for my brain to rewire took time, repetition and support from a therapist and coach, and for whom I am eternally grateful.
