“The A.C.”- harissa roasted carrots, whipped Bulgarian cheese, pickled red onion, arugula, pepitas on semolina roll.

This Thursday we will be serving half and full size sandwiches featuring two options: The CC- confit chicken, golden raisins, castaveltrano olives, arugula, semolina roll. The AC- harissa roasted carrots, whipped Bulgarian cheese, pickled red onion, arugula, pepitas on semolina roll.

The Sunday Scaries don’t stand a chance against our newest provision — LRB Pimento Cheese! Available by the half pound from 11am ‘til 3pm or sold out. 🧡

Featuring our Al Pastor Sandwich: pork loin roulade with pineapple, topped with radishes, pickled red onions, cilantro, jalapeño pineapple relish and cumin-lime mayo on our house made semolina roll. Start of the process is we butterfly a pork loin and marinate it over night in our house made pastor sauce. Next we stuff it with chunks of pineapple, roll, tie, and roast. Pork is then sliced, all the other accoutrements are made in house, and we are ready to deliver this deeeelicious sandwich Thursday-Monday 11-3pm. Hope to see you at the window soon!!!
