Chatham County's median home price jumped more than 6% in June to $686,000, and price per square foot landed at one of the highest levels we've ever recorded here. Homes took a bit longer to sell than they did in May, but inventory is still near a multi-year high and closed sales had their best June since 2023. More room to shop, and sellers still holding their ground on price.
