After having been unceremoniously dumped by the church I had worked at for nearly five years, I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to be involved in a Christmas Eve service. But Wendy Looker and the folks at ERUUF - which has been a spiritual home for me and my family for over 20 years - reached out and asked if we wanted to sing in the choir. It’s always a lovely service and this one was no different. So all four of us are in the choir (which sings at the beginning and right before the end). They also asked if I would sing “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” Great song that I haven’t done in a while (and would never have been allowed to program where I was before).
