Highlighting one of my former I Am Successful… features, Dr. Stanley Andrisse — once incarcerated, now a scientist, author, and educator at Howard University.

He recently shared this with me:

Comments like this remind me why I Am Successful… exists — to uplift Black men, whether they’ve faced incarceration, life’s obstacles, or simply deserve greater visibility.
