We're hiring a Director of Acquisitions.

The Director of Acquisitions is the primary responsible party for identifying, underwriting, and acquiring new projects for the firm. He or she will be an integral part of the leadership team and will work with the principals as well as the VP of Asset Management and Development for the performance of the assets, including financial analysis, modeling, valuations, underwriting, crafting investment theses, negotiations, and due diligence during the acquisition process. Hem + Spire utilizes a tech-enabled, full-service CRE platform.
