The Student Exchange House

We've recently repainted and replaced the floor in the living room of The Student Exchange House at 3204 Sprunt Avenue. Looks lovely! The Student Exchange House at Duke Duke Off Campus Housing at One All-Inclusive Rate

Planning to come to Duke in 2018? We still have a few rooms open for January 2018.

Our aim is to make it easy for international graduate students or visiting faculty to arrive in Durham and get to work. The houses are fully furnished -- you don't even have to bring a pillow. All of our houses are within biking distance to Duke, and two of them are on the LaSalle Loop busline. Very convenient.
