Throughout his career, Jim has been committed to strengthening communities, supporting economic opportunity, and investing in the next generation of leaders. This appointment is a testament to his leadership and dedication to service.

Today we’re celebrating two amazing team members who’ve helped shape our Winston-Salem branch. Karen Polite is celebrating 37 years with M&F Bank, and Rochelle McBroom is celebrating 30 years. Together, they’ve shown outstanding commitment, and genuine care making a lasting difference for our team and our customers.

We’re so grateful for everything they’ve poured into the bank—join us in congratulating Karen and Rochelle on these incredible milestones!

M&F Bank will be closed on Monday May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.
