Drawing inspiration from the natural world, Susan explores the space between observation and imagination in paintings rich with color, texture, and movement. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening reception of Susan Woodson’s featured exhibition at 5 Points Gallery.
It was a wonderful evening filled with conversation, connection, and a shared appreciation for Susan’s vibrant paintings. Through rich color, layered textures, and expressive mark-making, her work invites viewers into an imaginative exploration of the natural world, balancing observation with abstraction in ways that are both thoughtful and engaging.

We enjoyed welcoming familiar faces and new visitors alike as they spent time with the work and with one another.
