Here is our next 2025 Home Tour sneak peek! The Manning House, also known as the Bull Durham house, is one of Durham's staple historic buildings. It is one of the oldest buildings still standing in Durham, built in 1880. It was originally home to James Manning and his family, who went on to become North Carolina's Attorney General. It is much more popularly known as the Bull Durham house, though, as it was featured in the Durham cult-classic film in the 1980s, as the home of avid baseball fan, Annie Savoy, played by Susan Sarandon.

We are so excited to have this home on our upcoming tour, as well as to have one of the homeowners, Ryan Gray, speak at our home tour lecture. Ryan has done extensive research on the house since living in it, and we are so excited about what he has to share!
