Movie Loft is thrilled to help present an evening with A. S. Hamrah () , critic for The Baffler, n+1, Harper’s and more, for a reading, conversation, and book signing at Letters Bookshop ().

His latest collection takes on corporate moviemaking, film history, and the state of cinema with clarity, bite, and real love for the medium.

He’ll also introduce Abbas Kiarostami’s Taste of Cherry on Tuesday, March 3 at 7 PM at Duke’s Rubenstein Arts Center. Free and open to the public.
