Happy , friend. Living on earth (and on the internet) can be very overwhelming. 🙃
There's so much that we see on a daily basis that we have no control over. It can feel paralyzing. 😔 But we have choice, which is what I had to remind myself of today.
I caught myself before the spiral. Before the hopelessness. No doom-scrolling, no negative self-talk. I paused, drank water, and changed rooms for a quick reset. Then I got back to work. 💪
Catching negativity early is progress and it protects every other win in my life so I’m counting this as a big one today. What about you? What are you celebrating as a today?
It's ! Today's is an offering for folks having trouble recognizing their wins. True story: I was meditating on the recent full moon, thinking about what I wanted to release this season and I had a download in the form of these journal prompts/questions:
✨ How would 2010 me look at my situation?
✨ What would she be grateful for?
✨ What resources does 2025 me take for granted that 2010 me would take advantage of?
✨ What opportunities would 2010 me go for?
✨ What would 2010 me be proud of?

Thinking of my current life from the perspective of the version of me who was *JUST* getting started as an entrepreneur, gave me a lot of perspective, a lot of gratitude and a lot to celebrate.
Honestly, Back in 2010, all I wanted was to be creative, learn new skills and replace my $33k/year salary with my entrepreneurial pursuits. 😅 My, my, my how far we've come with our goals... so far that sometimes I take having achieved them (many times over) for granted.
So this , I want you to honor your old self. What win would they celebrate today? Pick something that feels you with joy and gratitude for how far you've come, friend.

This week I’m thinking about personal wins for . I heard the term “habit stacking” on a podcast yesterday and realized—that’s exactly what I’ve been doing these past few weeks to integrate new habits (and save time!).
So this we’re doing something a little different. Yes, we’re celebrating your wins, but I also want to share some of the habits I’ve stacked to move forward on my personal goals. These are definite wins in my book:
5 Habits I’ve Been Stacking Lately:
✅ Language learning + getting ready — I’ve been refreshing my Spanish, so I listen to instructional podcasts or Rosetta Stone lessons while I get dressed in the morning.
✅ Caffeine + protein — I love mixing my coffee or matcha with protein for a creamy morning treat that also helps me hit my macros.
✅ Prep for the day + vacuum — Every time I sit down to review my day, I turn on my automatic vacuum. By the time I finish my first bit of work, the floors are clean.
✅ Sleep + collagen treatment — I’ve been working on my skincare, so I use overnight collagen masks. Skin care while I sleep? Yes, please.
✅ Sauna + stretch + journaling — After my morning workout I stretch in the sauna, then journal. Some days I even get in reading or meditation. It’s my favorite stack.
