It was an honor and pleasure to speak at Syracuse University Whitman School of Management over the weekend at their Coming Back Together program on Being Black in Corporate and Academic Culture. Seeing the Ernie Davis statue and dome hit home.

I look forward to my Fall 21 talks, workshops, and Keynote Speeches. I kick-off the Fall tour this upcoming week August 4th as the Keynote Speaker for the TRIO Community and the Association for Equality and Excellence in Education (AEEE) Conference. People who know me, know I keep it real, engaging and authentic!
