Job Summary: Greets and assists self-service laundry customers with card system, washers and dryers, and vending machines. Performs washing, drying, and folding for drop-off customers according to procedures. Operates point-of-sale system. Maintains cleanliness of store and equipment at all times.

1. Maintains cleanliness of store by wiping countertops, machine tops, and soap receptacles. Keeps floor clean, dry, and clear of debris. Empties trash receptacles as needed. Ensures bathrooms are clean and stocked.
2. Checks lint screens and cleans lint filters regularly to maintain optimum efficiency of dryers.
3. Promptly reports any equipment or other service issues to management.
4. Sorts wash-dry-fold (WDF) laundry items received for washing by colors and whites.
5. Loads proper amount of weight into washing machines and unloads upon completion of wash cycle.
6. Loads and operates dryers, ensuring proper weight of load and correctness of temperature.
7. Neatly folds and bags laundry for customer pick up.
8. Handles over-the-counter sales of laundry products (detergent, fabric softener, laundry bags, etc.)
9. Always wears WaveMAX uniform during the workday.
10. Attends periodic staff meetings.
11. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
