Work is progressing for Homes by Dickerson’s at West Holly Springs Road.

Our crews have completed:
• Clearing, grubbing, scraping, and hauling
• Silt fence installation with outlets
• Temporary construction drives
• Sediment basin for all five lots

Each sediment basin was carefully graded to capture runoff and equipped with three rows of baffles, riprap, #57 stone, and a single outlet structure. This multi-stage system slows water, traps sediment, and filters stormwater before it leaves the site.

With the foundation in place, dirt is backfilled against the foundation and appropriate fall is established away from the house and into swales.
