Flowtious Soul Yoga
What participants see and what instructors experience aren’t always the same thing.
Before class, I’m often gathering myself so I don’t carry or pass on scattered energy. Mentally sorting through a dozen things at once… to do lists, responsibilities, deadlines, and life outside the studio.
Then class starts and an hour later, someone says, “Thank you. I really needed that today.”
It’s a reminder that we don’t have to have everything perfectly together to create meaningful experiences for others. We can show up as humans, trust the practice, and allow the moment to be what it needs to be.
the impact we have on others happens in the midst of our own humanity, not in the absence of it.
