There will be no ShaGa class this Friday, August 8th. We look forward to grooving together again on September 5th! ✨💫

Join us at 6pm this Friday at Reality Ballroom, located at 916 Lamond Ave, Durham, NC 27701, for Community ShaGa!

Last month was amazing, and we were so happy to see all the beautiful movers who came to join us. We’re looking forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you again❣️ So let’s move, connect, and create more magic together! Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to move barefoot or in socks.

Donations of $10–$20 are appreciated, but not required—your presence is always priceless to us 💖

Community ShaGa is back!! 🎉Join us this Friday 6/20 at 6pm for an evening of exploration, expression, and joy through movement! ShaGa is a living movement practice of self-discovery, healing, and awakening to our deeper resources. It opens us up to the capacity to experience movement as a source of healing and vitality! Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to move barefoot or in socks.

Suggested donation: $10–$20 but no one is ever turned away for lack of funds! Your presence is priceless to us ❣️
