Designed by , the space features an extensive rift sawn white oak millwork package throughout, including custom booths and ceiling details, paired with a creative use of colorful tile that brings a modern, open feel to the restaurant.

Our team recently completed Bexley at Heritage, Wake Forest amenity space.

This project transformed the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness room, and shared amenity spaces with updated finishes, custom millwork, refreshed workspaces, and thoughtful design details throughout. From the stained wood ceiling beams to the felt feature walls and new collaborative seating areas, every detail came together to create a space that feels elevated, functional, and welcoming.

Most importantly, this was a great partnership from start to finish. Grateful to Weinstein Properties, Drew Billups, the leasing team, and all of our trade partners who helped bring the vision to life.

27th Annual Champion Awards

Sauna House Raleigh is complete.

This project was a unique blend of new systems inside an existing shell. An adaptive reuse of a historic barrel vault building, the work required careful coordination to bring modern wellness elements into a space that wasn’t originally designed for it.

Multiple saunas, cold plunges, and a warming pool with a feature oculus all had to integrate cleanly with the structure. Add in owner-provided equipment and furniture, and it became a true coordination exercise across trades and partners.

These are the types of projects we enjoy most. Complex, detail-driven, and a little different. The kind where if it’s done right, it feels effortless when you walk in.

Appreciate the Sauna House team and everyone involved in bringing it to life.
