This is a father-daughter project, which has as a goal to ensure the whole Sierra Nevada magic in every cup of Matta Coffee, as a result of hard work and love from the owners.

The coffee plantation is located at San Judas Farm, and it’s well known as one of the best in the region, due to its take extremely care of every coffee bean since it grows from the flower to the final cup. Therefore, their commitment to stand out the fruit mix and flavor notes hidden in The Sierra Nevada at every coffee crop.
