Root 2 Rise Wellness
✨ Client wins that remind me why I love this work ✨
A client recently shared some changes she’s been noticing:
• Her hands aren’t constantly cold anymore
• She’s sleeping through the night without waking to p*e
• Her leg stiffness has improved
• Digestion feels easier and more complete
• Less gas and bloating overall
These “small” shifts are actually huge signs that the body is becoming more supported and regulated. 🌿
What did we focus on?
I created:
🍵 A mineral-rich, nutritive tea to support the urinary system, gut healing, and nourishment
🌶️ A warming herbal tincture to support digestion, circulation, and overall vitality
Sometimes healing starts with warming the body, improving digestion, and giving the nervous system and organs the support they’ve been asking for.
I love helping women reconnect with their bodies and seeing these changes unfold over time. 💚
Stay tuned for more client stories and herbal insights.

To some, these are just “w**ds.”
They once were to me, too. No longer.
To some, they are invasives — plants that take over, unwanted, sprayed and removed.
I used to see them that way. No longer.
If you choose to remove a plant from your yard, I challenge you to first ask:
What is its purpose? What is its gift?
Much like Indigenous cultures honored every part of an animal they harvested, nature invites us into relationship — to learn, respect, and use what is abundant around us.
So here’s today’s plant lesson 🌿
Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) carries many gifts:
✨ traditionally used to support vivid dreaming
✨ often taken as tea before bed or used as an ointment on the “third eye”
✨ the herb used to make moxa in acupuncture — bringing warmth, movement, and flow to stagnant qi
✨ supportive for menstrual flow and gentle liver stimulation
Nature provides generously when we learn to see differently.
If you’d like to learn how to live more in harmony with the plants growing all around you, come join one of my Herbalism classes.
