Last month, I received a commission to create a very special piece to commemorate the green ribbon cutting for a big sustainability project undertaken by the Durango School District, . The District worked with decarbonization company Veregy to build multiple solar arrays, install energy efficient lighting, and more. I was so excited to assist Ashlee Kruger with Veregy as she presented this piece to the District at the ribbon cutting. What a cool experience to be a part of! Thanks to both Durango 9R and Veregy for being the inspiration behind this piece!
