We just got a couple chilled reds in the shop.

Pouring Broc Cellars "Got Grapes" by the glass. It is a quintessential easy drinking blend out of California.

The other is a liter out of Piedmont, Italy brought in by the Piedmont Guy. A blend of Barbera,, Freisa and Sangiovese. It is a fun wine with a touch of that old world dryness to it but with all the crush-ability you'd expect from a summer chilled red.

It's fried chicken Saturday. And waffle day and brunch day. But today is the last Saturday for the chicken sandwich we've been running..... buttermilk marinated, slaw, pickle comeback sauce, American cheese, martins potato bun. It is good and my most favorite sandwich but I feel like we should mix it up starting next week. Maybe a pimento cheese and hot honey one 🤷‍♀️ We'll see but in the meantime, come on down. We're open.! And have mimosas with fresh squeezed OJ.

The Freebird - the number one seller since- always. We roast the turkey breast, make the apple basil slaw every morning, the honey mustard aioli has its own cult following, top with just the right amount of Brie and it's pretty much a perfect sandwich.

I Want to Hold Your Ham - from day one. We use River Bear smoked ham, Honeyville apricot habanero jam, a goat cheese spread, arugula with some olive oil on Breads ciabatta roll. A classic combo that's somehow better.

Kind of a last minute wine tasting for next Tuesday, June 9th at 5pm. The guys from Dry Creek Vineyards are going to be in town and we're going to pour 4 different wines with them, along with a little bit of cheese/charcuterie for the table. Cost is $20 per ticket and space is limited. Head over to the website where you can find the link to purchase.

The Jack Burton Bomber - a hot pressed sandwich marries a New York bomber sub.

Local Wagyu from , fennel salami, Swiss + provolone picante, marinated roasted red bell peppers all pressed hot... then opened up and stuffed with tomato, banana peppers, shredduce, Dukes. It's good. Really good.

Super fun wine tasting this Friday from 4pm-6pm with everyone's favorite wine wine rep - Sevren! These are fun wines out of Austria. I've had them both the Sauvignon Blanc as well as the Chardonnay and can vouch for how great and unique they are. Both have a long history of amazing scores from Suckling, WA and WE. Come try a free sample and then get a glass for $16 or take home a bottle for $27.99.

Saturday is fried chicken day! Crispy, crunchy and little spicy with a pickle comeback sauce, slaw and American cheese. It's probably my most favorite thing I make.
