This full-time, full-year position leads recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance with federal and state regulations. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Head Start or child care experience preferred. Associate’s degree required. PHR preferred.
