Our company is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician in the Jacksonville area to join our luxury apartment community team at Carolina Place Apartments. Must be dependable, have a current NC Drivers License with own transportation. Some duties include but are not limited to: share on call emergencies, complete daily work orders, complete grounds work as directed, including picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining swimming pool.
