First time at Parapsycon and honestly, it was such a fun weekend. 👻

Got to see some familiar faces we’ve met throughout the past year, meet new people, hear some really interesting stories, and check out a new location… which is apparently my preferred form of vacation now. 😂

There’s just something really fun about being around people who all share the same curiosity and love for the paranormal. Where else can you casually bond over haunted locations and unexplained experiences with complete strangers?

Definitely glad we got to experience it and make some new memories along the way.

Friday night we had the pleasure of staying at The Ross House — and it did not disappoint.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the wonderful Cindy Kuhn, who shared so much about the building: its history, past owners, local legends, and the paranormal experiences that have unfolded there over the years. Her knowledge is incredible, and her hospitality made the entire experience even better. If you haven’t met Cindy yet, you’re truly missing out.

As the night settled in, the house began to speak in its own way. We heard voices in other rooms, as if a conversation was happening just out of sight. At times, it sounded like someone was walking through the building. One member of our group felt a tug beneath the table, a cat ball moved and shook as though it had been picked up and dropped, and in the basement we caught sight of a shadow figure.

Overall, it was a quieter investigation — but the activity we did experience was genuine and meaningful. Nights like this remind me that paranormal investigating isn’t about constant chaos; it’s about patience, respect, and listening to the stories these places want to tell.

I’m already looking forward to going back. 👻

What the Ghost?! Is going on?

This weekend we stepped into our very first paranormal event: MadCon8 at Madison Seminary. We didn’t know more than 2 people when we arrived, but by the end of the weekend, we had shared laughs, swapped stories, and connected with some truly incredible people who share the same passion for the unexplained. 👻

Madison Seminary itself set the perfect backdrop—historic, haunted, and buzzing with energy. Between the history, the paranormal conversations, and the warm welcome from the community, we left feeling like we’ve just opened the door to something bigger than chasing ghosts.

Here’s to more haunted adventures, more stories, and more new friends in the paranormal world. 🖤
