Northern Calvert Fury 18U 2024-2025

Super proud of Northern Calvert Fury 18U 2024-2025 girls this weekend. The girls started out fired up and played strong going 3-0 in pool play on Friday at the SoftballNation’s Fastpitch Nationals in Richmond, VA. They returned Saturday still hot 🔥 taking control of their first two bracket games.

So excited to watch these girls grow up on the ballfields and off and while their paths all have taken a few twists and turns over the travel ball years and wore different uniforms and names, this weekend brings them together with adaptability and agility and the girls have displayed some of the most spirited, supportive, positive energy along with showcasing their talent, grit and competitiveness to get the job done - together! One TEAM 🥎.

📣 Senior Spotlight on our OG Fury athlete and newest roster addition Miranda Twigg. Off the field Miranda dives into her love of understanding human nature and interest in psychology. She has been playing softball since she could walk alongside the steps of her big sister Kayla. This is her last year as a Northern Patriot and she is looking forward to a successful and fun season. Miranda has committed to playing softball at the College of Southern Maryland and plans to major in psychology as she works towards a career helping others as a divorce or drug counselor. We wish Miranda all the best as she pursues her dreams.
